This is a hot patch from Nintendo.  Changelog :
"System stability improvements and other adjustments"

Very minor update.  So, any problems with the DSTwo with this update?

Found on 3DS Forums...:
"I think it fixed the freezing in the camera app. Before it used to freeze for a while and wouldnt let you do anything."

I have updated to 3.0.0-6U My card still seems to be working fine.

It seems that this time firmware have nothing matter with flashcart,it doesnt block any cards. I have  tested my dstwo after i updated my 3ds ,it works well. You can give it a shot too !

my dstwo stopped working after 3.0.0-6E update , and it was working great with 3.0.0-5E.. i've got black 3ds zelda 25 aniversary edition
Playing now with:
Black Nintendo 3DS Zelda Aniversary Edition @Supercard DSTwo 8GB

mine works again, i've just reflashed again with the same fireware that i had -.- at least it works. followed this tutorial again..
