Fix broken DSONEi after Fireware upgrading

This way is for fixing broken DSONEi/DSONEi mini which cuz fireware upgrade.

First of all, you need a NDS/NDSL console (important: dont works with DSONEi)
Run the fix file (e.g. dsonei_update_eng.nds) on a NDS/NDSL console with any flashcart which can run Homebrew, then insert your DSONEi/DSONEi mini and follow the guide to fix it.

But must it be done using a DS or DSL? I tried with my DSi and it said "could not find dsone" after running the upgrade.

so i was updating my dsonei mini and i turned off my ds lite very stupidly

then i turned on my ds again and it wasn't recognised
i formatted and put the eos on MANY times

will this fix it

Hi Guys,

i have a nds lite console and a dsonei. I can update my dsonei with my firmewriter normaly. But when i start a nds.rom, there is the loading screen and nothing happend.

I have also a dsone, it's work good. I try the way of Godslash, but it doesn't work.

1. I start my ds with dsone and I select the dsonei_update_eng.nds.
2. please, instert dsonei press B to continue
3. I change the module and the say not find dsone

Can samebody help, sorry for my english

I don't know if that's your problem, but to use the Godslash way, you have to try it on a DS fat or Lite,

And whent it asks you to "insert the DSOnei and press B to continue" you must also insert in the DSOnei  the micro sd card that you were using seconds before.

At least that's how it worked for me, I could recover my old DSOnei that way.

I have a ds lite, I change the module and I take the micro sd from the dsone and take it in the dsonei module, but nothing happend.

Is there a another way?

HELP MEEE to get dsonei working on the 3ds, i downaloded that file which updates it directly from the ds. I put it into the SD root directory. I know booted my dsi and went on that .nds file. IT did it fine and i put it inot my 3ds and it worked fine, but i then accidently clicked that .nds file in the 3ds again so i turned it off in the middle of the process i think. I then turned it on and it wont recognise it, (blank space) and in the 3ds it ends up freezing in a few seconds. on the dsi it jsut doesnt show up.

I tried deleting everything and redownlaoding the files again, but there is no difference!

please help me fix this problem!!!

Sounds like you bricked your DSONEi, so you'll have to buy a new one. Sorry man.
