light keeps flashing

hey i just got the supercard dsonei this weekend. i downloaded the firmware version 1.1, unzipped it, copied the updateen.bin file over to my micro sd card, stuck it in the supercard, stuck the supercard into the firmware writer, and then plugged that into my laptop. an hour later its still flashing

the sd card is running exFat file system since that was the only one that would even get it to start flashing. ive tried this with a 16gb and a 4gb flash card. are there any suggestion as to what may be causing this?

You should try doing it with a memory of lower capacity, people seem to have better success using non SDHC 1 or 2gb cards.
You could also try formatting one of the cards using Panasonic SD formatting software (http://panasonic.jp/support/glob ... d/sd_formatter.html) with the settings Format Type full (Erase off) and Format Size Asjustment Off since it could be related to bad format.

    i had the same problem.... i was using an SD to MicroSd adapter. switched micro to usb adapter that came with the dsonei, firmware writer took 5 minutes!
