Is it possible to set a game in DS One for "default"?

Well, I guess title might be a little confusing, but...

Basically, I would want my DS to "think" there is one of my DS One's games inserted.

Animal Crossing City Folk for Wii allows You to move Your character from DS animal crossing. However, it is done so through the DS Download Play. And when I start download play, it's written that game is not inserted (which is partly true, haha) and I just can't do this.

I'm positive it's not possible, but I thought I would give it a try and ask about it.

I don't think it's possible to do that using a Supercard, at least it isn't for other games that connect to the Wii.
