Changing skins and screens

can anyone help me and tell me how i can change skins and  how to change the top screen to the bottom screen thx

In the global.ini, change FileSelectSubScreen=1 to 0. It's not too far down in the notepad.

Or just press L+A.

Download your skin, and go the the folder that says "Skins" inside of the scshell folder. Put your skin there. There is a maximum of 8 skins so don't go beyond that or some skins might not show up on the list.
