I use a SDHC but superdcard vercion use the flashcard that more actualisé but if the game reaches a point that I deleted the game and is very frustrating, but it does not matter if I use the fix version please help fast!

I'm sorry but i don't completely understand everything.
Overall to be able to play with Mario and Luigi RPG 3 you need to download the latest ndspach.dat file (from here: http://forum.supercard.sc/thread-4979-1-1.html) and you should also update the ndsinfo.dat file (from here: http://forum.supercard.sc/thread-4619-1-1.html).
After doing that, select the rom in the Supercard OS then press X, then select SetPatch.
When you are there, select Enable Patch, Patch Saver, Patch SD Speed, Enable Reset, Enable DMA and Enable cheats if you want to use them.
The rom should be working with those settings. If you still have problems, you might want to try making a backup then formatting your card (with Panasonic SD Formatting tool if it has 4gb or more) and do a fresh install of everything.

Another thing to keep in minid is that you have to make sure your running a clean version of this rom.  There are many post patch versions for other cards floating around.  I had similar issues till i went to a known clean site and d/l the rom and it worked ever since.  But make sure you follow joes above steps because that is the only way a  "clean" version will run.

Posting links to webpages with roms is not allowed, just try to get the original files, you can find the original release name on ds-scene.net then look for them in google. It shouldn't be hard to find a clean rom.
