How Anti-Piracy technique works atm: it auto-patch rom when u launch it, but maybe u cant play it at 1st time for some special games, then turn-off and launch it again

- Skin:   ztc119 who is a moderator of Chinese official site will design a beautiful official skin for EVOLUTION
- Cheat: prevent reading crash when u load a very large cheat db file
- RTS:   Added the progress bar for RTS
- Anti-Piracy: Added a new Anti-Piracy technique, will work on almost all the games

The next beta version will be out those days, then will give it to some active members <3
