thx skull,  yeah at least in beta6 there is no stupid pokemon hud (even if i like tha games ).
i guess they will keep working and make it better . even though im almost convinced that emulating golden sun will never be possible with the ds2, even with perfect programming (

About beta 7: April Fools! Download beta 8, it doesn't have the Pokémon skin. (But you can download that separately if you like(d) it and replace your installation's skin with it: http://filetrip.net/nds-download ... pgba-10-f31856.html)

About the Golden Suns, I'm kind of using those two games as a benchmark of the emulator; I'm done with my GUI feature incorporation from CATSFC and will start to work on core issues soon. For that, I will need a debug menu with plentiful statstics and options.

Normmatt told me about a blog post Exophase made 6 years ago but never implemented in gpSP: http://gpsp-dev.blogspot.ca/2007/05/iwram-code-vs-recompiler.html. According to Exophase, this optimisation helps games that load new code into RAM instead of running from the ROM. But I'm not Exophase, and that code is a mess, so I'll need plenty of time to explore and get to know my way around.

Ive trying to find ways to fix the problem of Crackle and POP sounds with GBA emulation(I cant write code) and I had a few ideas for TempGBA

I think u should have a Stereo to Mono sound option and my reason for this is that the GBA console only had one speaker where as the NDSi has two and I think there may be compatibilty problems with this difference.
Some times I notice sounds switching between speakers and small crackle sounds. If u revert back to some sort of monolithic option for the sound I think it may solve this problem.  
what do u guys think?
BTW I still like the plugin  Cheers

you don't lose it, its just not compatible anymore, you should save it somewhere in your computer just in case they do make it compatible.

what i did was import the ndsgba save into VBA-M, resave, and export the new save into the tempgba save folder

that doesn't work with save states though

if you'd like i can do it for you. just send me a pm with your save
