I have Windows 7 and the Shad skin editor isnt working here ^^ Anyway, I discovered the tool after doing my 2 skins, Portal and Pokémon Platin.
But now I don't know how to add an Item in Skin select menu. Does anyone know that?

Right now if you want to add skins to EOS, you need to replace one of the skins that came with it (delete it and rename the directory of your skin to the name of the deleted one).
It has to be done that way since right now the skin directories seem to be fixed in the OS files (the menu doesn't look dinamically to see which skins are there).
It might be fixed soon since it has been already reported.

Okay, I see thank you. But now I have the problem with the 16 bit colors :S
The smaller Images dont want to become 16 bit, any way I dont find a Programm to convert them, a friend did it for me.

gimp can do it with no problems, its a free and wordefull app.

you just SAVE AS  bmp. in advanced you choose 16 bits  X1 R...

I downloaded GIMP, but when i save the image, 'Advanced mode' is gray, I can't select it...

Yes, but the second screen, there is "Configurações advançadas" gray, I cannot select it

It worked now, I simpley had to convert them in 24 bit first, because they are now in 8 bit.^^
